About Us

The Foundation for Green Community (FGC) is a non-governmental organization with a headquarter in Arusha (Tanzania), which deals with environmental and public health problems. The organization aims to help local Tanzanian pupulation by providing practical education on the importance of health and environmental care.

OBJECTIVES:

Our goal is to promote environmental and health care through practical teaching on beneficial impacts of healthy environment. We reach the community at the lowest level, meeting the people in the villages and the children in the schools. We provide them an education to install a sense of environmental responsibility for the present and future generations. Our activities aim at raising public awareness on health and ecological issues.
